The Technology Professionals On Call Residential service visit will bring a certified consultant into your home to diagnosis and repair all your technology problems. If we need to order parts, we can take your computer back to the shop and repair it for our drop-off rates or we can return with the parts needed and only bill you for the actual hours it takes to fix your problems. The choice is totally up to you!

Residential In Home Service Call for Diagnosis and Repair - $80 per hour (plus parts and travel time)

(Service call has a one hour minimum per visit. After the first hour, billing is in half-hour increments. If drop-off rates are chosen your equipment will be taken back to the shop, repaired and delivered once complete. Total repair cost will be provided and agreed to prior to beginning repairs. A written estimate can be provided before or after the repairs are completed. Payment for service call is expected before we leave your home. Any additional costs are due upon delivery of your equipment. All residential customers are offered instructions on how to keep your computer clean and secure. Annual Residential service agreements are also available which include an annual computer hardware and software cleaning, free remote repair service, free phone consultations, and routine monthly remote computer security monitoring.)
