  • The restored computer will also be updated and all software you provide will also be installed and updated to ensure it is totally secure!
  • We will also install basic virus, malware, spyware, and updating software to keep your computer clean and automatically maintain its security after you get it back!

 

If you have the restore disks which came with the computer we will need them or we will need to order a set from your desktop manufacturer prior to the restoration. We only charge actual costs for these restore disks. After we recieve the restore disks your computer will be taken to a factory state and all data will be restored. Then we will install all software and update everything using our Ultra-Fast Internet connection.

 

  • WE WILL PERFORM BASIC HARD DRIVE RECOVERY ATTEMPTS AND IN MOST CASES YOUR DATA CAN BE RECOVERED... BUT WHENEVER THE HARD DRIVE HAS TOTALL FAILED, A SPECIALIZED COMPANY WILL NEED TO DO A CLEAN ROOM RECOVERY OF YOUR DATA.
  • WE CANNOT RESTORE DATA FROM A HARD DRIVE THAT HAS TOTALLY FAILED. HARD DRIVE RECOVERY SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE FROM SPECIALIZED COMPANIES BUT THESE ARE VERY EXPENSIVE AND MOST USERS CANNOT JUSTIFY THE RECOVERY COSTS CHARGED BY THESE COMPANIES. IF YOU REALLY NEED THE DATA WE WILL REFER YOU TO THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE COMPANY AT THE TIME OF YOUR REPAIR.
